3. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All content, brand assets, and creative design displayed on makosee.com are the exclusive proprietary property of Desi Nut Food Trade Private Limited and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Proprietary assets include, but are not limited to:

• The 'Makosee' brand name, wordmark, and logo designs.

• Distinctive pouch color schemes, packaging layouts, and artistic illustrations.

• Original copywriting, flavour descriptions (Black Salt, Chatpata Pudina, Achari Masala, Himalayan Salt, Butter Tomato, and the raw range names Signature, Royal, Premium, Classic, Popular), and website source code.

No material from this website may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.

4. B2B Wholesale & Export Inquiries

Inquiries and quotation requests submitted through `/b2b-export` or `/contact-us` represent expressions of commercial interest and do NOT constitute a binding contract of sale.

A binding commercial contract is only established when:

1. Makosee issues an official, numbered Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Agreement.

2. The buyer approves the PI and completes the agreed deposit / Letter of Credit (L/C) milestone.

All export consignments are subject to standard International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020: FOB, CIF, or CFR), phytosanitary inspection certificates, and Indian Customs / DGFT clearances.

5. Agricultural Product Disclaimers & Natural Variance

Makhana (Euryale ferox / fox nut) is a natural, hand harvested wetland crop grown on Makosee's own farms in Katihar, Bihar.

• Because makhana is a natural crop, minor variations in seed size, crunch density and colour can occur between batches.

• Pack weights, nutritional values, and spice levels displayed on the website are based on standard NABL accredited laboratory test reports and are subject to minor natural batch tolerance.

• Makosee snacks are wholesome food products. Any statements regarding protein or fibre content are general nutritional facts and not medicinal claims.

6. Quick Commerce & Third-Party Platforms

Our website features links and redirects to independent third-party platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and payment or logistics gateways.

Makosee does not control, operate, or endorse the digital software infrastructure of these third-party services. Orders placed on third-party applications are governed by their respective terms of sale, delivery SLAs, and customer support channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Desi Nut Food Trade Private Limited and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use this website.
