1. Policy Overview & Commitment

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that work published on makosee.com infringes upon your copyright, please provide a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following elements:

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent.

A valid counter-notification must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India or your jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and Indian intellectual property safeguards, Makosee maintains a strict policy of terminating access and commercial interaction with any third-party user or contributor determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
